Low MOQ Cosmetics Manufacturer for New Brands

Start your cosmetic brand with a low MOQ manufacturer. Orders from 1,000 pcs per SKU, with tips to cut cost on packaging and formulas.

Low MOQ manufacturing

Sandio Cosmetics accepts OEM, ODM and private label projects from 1,000 pcs per SKU. The final quantity is confirmed after the formula, component, decoration and destination-market requirements are reviewed.

What 1,000 pcs means

A realistic starting quantity for a focused launch.

Our quoted starting MOQ is 1,000 pcs per SKU, not 1,000 pcs across an unlimited mixed range. Each product and pack specification is costed separately because each component, label and filling route can differ.

This structure works best for a focused first collection: one to three well-defined SKUs, a clear target market and packaging selected around the available component options.

MOQ factors

What can change the final quantity?

A 1,000-pc starting point does not remove the economics of components, testing or decoration.

FactorWhy it mattersWhat lowers complexity
FormulaActive ingredients, fragrance, testing and stability can affect the batch plan.A clearly defined product and claims route
Primary componentBottles, pumps, tubes and jars have different supplier minimums. An available component family
DecorationPrinting, coating, hot stamping and custom colours can add set-up or supplier minimums.Fewer colours and simpler label decoration
Testing and documentsSPF, efficacy, microbiology and market-specific evidence are product-specific.Agree the required market documents before sampling
SKU structureSeparate fills, fragrances or colours create separate planning requirements.A smaller, focused launch range
Cost control

Reduce launch risk without removing quality.

These are planning levers, not guarantees of a particular price.

01

Start with fewer SKUs

Focus the first order on one product or a tightly related collection. Extra fragrances, shades and fills increase planning and component complexity.

02

Choose available packs

An available bottle, tube, jar or pump family can reduce tooling and supplier-minimum risk compared with a completely new component.

03

Share a fragrance direction

A coordinated range can use a consistent scent strategy, while each formula and label remains separately reviewed and approved.

04

Simplify decoration

Labels and limited print colours are usually easier to plan than multi-process decoration. Final options depend on the component and artwork.

05

Define the market first

Destination-specific testing and labeling should be known before the sample brief is fixed, not discovered after artwork approval.

06

Approve one specification

A stable formula, fill, component and artwork set reduces revision loops and keeps the quotation and production schedule comparable.

Before you ask for a price

Build a quotation-ready brief.

  1. Product and use

Product type, application, target user and intended positioning.

  2. Target market

Destination country, sales channel and any known regulatory route.

  3. Packaging direction

Bottle, jar, tube, pump, fill size and label preferences.

  4. Quantity and timing

Estimated units per SKU and the launch window you are planning around.

  5. Claims and documents

Any testing, certification or supporting document already requested by your buyer.

Low MOQ FAQ

What new brands ask.

Is 1,000 pcs available for every product?

It is the website starting point per SKU. Final feasibility depends on formula, component, decoration, testing and the destination market.

Can I mix products within 1,000 pcs?

Each SKU has its own specification and production requirements. A mixed range is planned as multiple SKUs rather than treating all units as one interchangeable product.

Can I order samples before production?

Yes. Sampling is part of the development route. Sample scope, fees and timing are confirmed after the formula and packaging brief is reviewed.

Can I use my own packaging?

Customer-supplied or nominated components can be reviewed for compatibility, filling and decoration. Final acceptance is subject to technical review.

Does a low MOQ include regulatory approval?

No. Testing and regulatory support are scoped for the exact formula and market. Approval remains with the responsible importer or brand owner.
