Sample approval
Review the sample for texture, scent, appearance and application. Consolidate feedback before the next round or approval.
Packaging & artwork
Confirm components, labels, cartons and artwork. Packaging lead time runs in parallel with formula and production planning where possible.
Production & QC
Compounding, filling, sealing, assembly, manual boxing and packaging follow the approved specification.
Documents & shipping
Pre-shipment documents are confirmed for the selected formula and destination. Shipping terms are set out in the quotation.

How long does sampling take?
Sampling timing is confirmed after the formula and packaging review. It depends on whether the route is private label or custom formulation.
Can packaging be developed in parallel?
Yes. Packaging and artwork can move forward alongside formula and sampling work, subject to supplier lead times.
What happens after I approve the sample?
The approved formula, packaging, artwork, quantity and commercial terms become the production specification. Timing is then confirmed.
Do you provide pre-shipment documents?
Requirements vary by formula and destination. The document list is reviewed and confirmed for your project before production.
