Compounding
Raw materials are prepared according to the approved formula and batch requirements.
Filling
The bulk product is filled into the approved primary package for the order.
Sealing
Closures and seals are applied according to the component and finished-product requirements.
Assembly
Components, accessories and product units are assembled for the selected pack format.
Manual boxing
Finished units are packed into cartons and prepared for the next stage.
Packaging
Final packing follows the approved order specification and shipment plan.
