Which brow formats can you develop?
Clear and tinted brow gels, pomades and brow soaps. Pencil projects are reviewed separately because they need different equipment.
How many shades should I launch?
Four to six shades usually cover blonde, brown and black brows. A clear gel works for everyone.
How do you prevent flaking?
We select flexible film formers and test hold and flaking on samples before approval.
Which brush is used?
Usually a spoolie or a small tapered brush. The brush and wiper are matched to the formula’s thickness.
Are there rules for eye-area colorants?
Yes. Only colorants permitted for use near the eyes can be used, and the list differs between the US and EU.
What is a brow soap?
A solid, soap-like product that holds brows in a brushed-up shape. It is applied with a damp spoolie.
